  • Up-to-date job leads for all education levels, experience, and backgrounds 

  • Employer Spotlights weekly! Meet a single employer and learn about the organization and their open positions- often with interviews or employment offers same day

  • Monthly job fairs featuring multiple employers

  • Teach interview skills that help boost confidence and alleviate stress around job interviews 

Job Readiness

UMOM’s Job Readiness program is a two-part seminar held in the Workforce Development building. Learn skills that are foundational to a smooth transition back to work and help maintain employment.

  • Regularly scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sessions take place every-other-week from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. for morning sessions and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. for afternoon sessions.

  • Must complete part 1 (Tuesdays) before attending part 2 (Wednesdays)

  • Be sure to register with your Case Manager or Workforce Specialist in advance to secure your spot

  • Check the calendar for specific dates.
