Programs & Resources

  • Case Managers are your go-to resource to help you navigate the many resources available on campus and in the community to help you grow your income and find safe, stable housing. Plan to meet with your case manager once a week during your time at UMOM.

  • UMOM’s Workforce Development team assist clients with meeting their employment goals by conducting regular job training and job placement activities geared toward gaining and retaining employment. This includes mock interviews, resume writing assistance, job searches, job placements, and educational workshops.

  • Located behind the playground near the Phoenix Suns mural.

    Visit to pick up mail, packages and essentials like cleaning supplies, baby food, diapers, and hygiene products.

    Open Daily:

    • 8 am to 11 am

    • 3 pm to 5 pm

    • 7 pm to 9 pm

  • Laundry rooms are located throughout campus. Please notify the front desk of any maintenance needs or other issues in laundry rooms.

    Open Daily:

    • Opens at 6 am

    • Last load into washers by 8 pm

    • Closes at 9 pm

  • Visit to get clothing and shoes.

    Open by appointment or with your case manager.

  • UMOM offers an on-site Boys & Girls Club for kids 5-18. See your case manager to learn more about enrollment.

  • UMOM offers healthcare in the clinic in the lobby of UMOM New Day Centers (across the street).

    Care is provided by one of two partner organizations:

    Circle the City - serves adults of all ages.

    Services include: primary care, preventative care, behavioral health, substance use services, and health navigation assistance.

    Walk-ins accepted, appointments available.

    • Thursday: 8 am to 11 am

    Phoenix Children’s - serves kids & adults ages 18-24

    Schedule an appointment by calling PCH at 602-933-9339 and selecting option 2.

    Hours of operation:

    • Tuesday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm

    • Wednesday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm

    • Friday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm
