Meal Service at HWC

  • Pickup at the back door of the main lobby.

  • Monday - Friday:

    • Breakfast: 7 am - 8 am

    • Lunch: 12 pm - 12:45 pm

    • Dinner: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Saturday & Sunday:

    • Brunch: 11 am - noon

    • Dinner: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Mail CANNOT be forward after program exit (either by UMOM or the USPS), so be sure to update your address directly.

Programs & Resources

  • UMOM’s Workforce Development team assist clients with meeting their employment goals by conducting regular job training and job placement activities geared toward gaining and retaining employment. This includes mock interviews, resume writing assistance, job searches, job placements, and educational workshops.

  • Visit office 121 to pickup mail and packages and essentials like cleaning supplies, and hygiene products.

    Open Monday, Wednesday & Friday:

    • 10 am to 10:30 am

    • 7 pm to 7:30 pm

  • laundry rooms are located throughout campus. Laundry soap is provided. Please notify the front desk of any maintenance needs or other issues in laundry rooms.

    Open Daily:

    • Opens at 6 am

    • Last load into washers by 7:45 pm

    • Closes at 9 pm

  • Located on campus at UMOM New Day Centers (across the street). Open by appointment or with your case manager. Visit to get clothing and shoes.

  • UMOM offers healthcare in the clinic in the lobby of UMOM New Day Centers (across the street).

    Care is provided by one of two partner organizations:

    Circle the City - serves adults of all ages.

    Services include: primary care, preventative care, behavioral health, substance use services, and health navigation assistance.

    Walk-ins accepted, appointments available.

    • Thursday: 8 am to 11 am

    Phoenix Children’s - serves ages 18-24

    Schedule an appointment by calling PCH at 602-933-9339 and selecting option 2.

    Hours of operation:

    • Tuesday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm

    • Wednesday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm

    • Friday: 9 am-12 pm; 1:30 pm-5 pm
